(1) Information about you. As a performer, this includes your salutation, first name, last name, gender and the age range you are in on the day of assessment. As a coach, this includes your salutation, first name, last name, email address, location, password and billing information.

(2) Your responses. As a performer, this includes the answers you give when answering the questionnaire.

We do not use cookies on our profiling site. However, when you use your choice of browser to access our website, it may collect information about you (e.g., to identify you, to monitor your behaviour, your IP address). This depends on the browser you use and is something we do not have control of.

In general, personal information you submit to us is used either to respond to requests that you make or to aid in serving you better. Depending on how you use our website, tools and services, we also use your personal information to:

If you choose to use our tools and services, your information is also shared with the team and staff involved in maintaining the website and tools. These parties are required to not use your data other than to process and provide the relevant services to you.

As we often support performers and coaches with development support over many years, and potentially throughout their life, the purpose for which we retain your data is often an ongoing process until you decide to discontinue development support. We conduct regular data-cleansing and updating exercises to ensure that the data that we hold is accurate and we are not holding data for too long.

You have several choices regarding the use of your information on our service:

(1) Opt-out.  You may contact us anytime to opt-out of the transfer of your personal information outside your country. Please note that your use of some of the website or services may be ineffective upon opt-out.
